Admin

You're the first person our future customers talk to. You answer their questions on WhatsApp, help them get their event ready, and turn every conversation into a report for the team.

What you'll do

  • Reply to prospective and current customers on WhatsApp during service hours.
  • Explain how the Hadirmu camera works and help customers prepare their event.
  • Log every conversation: prospects, confirmed orders, and frequently asked questions.
  • Write regular reports on WhatsApp chats for the team.
  • Pass technical issues to the team and make sure customers still get an answer.

What we're looking for

  • Writes clear, polite, and warm messages in Indonesian.
  • Careful and organized with notes, comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Can work independently from home, with a laptop and a stable connection.
  • Available Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00 WIB.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an online shop admin, customer service, or wedding vendor.
  • Familiar with weddings and events.
  • Can turn chat data into useful findings for the team.

Wedding Content Creator (WCC)

You go to weddings, film the atmosphere and the guests shooting with the Hadirmu camera, then edit it yourself until it's ready for Hadirmu's Instagram and TikTok.

What you'll do

  • Attend weddings and film the event and guests using the Hadirmu camera.
  • Edit vertical videos until they're ready to post on Hadirmu's Instagram and TikTok.
  • Deliver edits by the agreed deadline.
  • Suggest video ideas from wedding and social media trends.
  • Film politely, without disrupting the event.

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio of vertical videos (Reels or TikTok). A personal account is fine.
  • Can film and edit on your own, with a phone or camera and an app like CapCut or Premiere.
  • Available every Saturday and Sunday, and able to reach venues in Greater Jakarta.
  • Neat appearance and comfortable among event guests.

Nice to have

  • Experience in wedding or event documentation.
  • Your own transport to venues.
  • Knows trending audio and wedding video formats on Instagram and TikTok.

How we work

  • From home

    We don't have an office yet, so everyone works from home. For the WCC role, part of the work happens at the venue.

  • On the rhythm of events

    Most weddings fall on weekends. The admin works Monday to Friday, and WCCs are at venues every Saturday and Sunday.

  • Work you can see

    Everyone owns their part: chats answered well, videos live on Hadirmu's accounts.
